Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing and passionate Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone to help ensure the long-term success of our Australian and APAC customers and build lasting relationships with them.
You will be responsible for developing trusting and life-changing relationships with mainly our English speaking customers mainly but not limited within the Australian region that you are assigned to. You will be connecting with project management teams as well as development teams. You will liaise between customers, the Support team and other internal business units to provide timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer’s needs by remote support.
Responsibilities
? Act as the bridge between Liferay support and our enterprise subscribers to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
? Operate as the central point of contact for the customers regarding their subscription
? Communicate clearly the progress of customer issues and negotiate objectives to help ensure timely and successful solutions
? Forecast and track projects to understand customer goals and help prevent future challenges
? Assist with high priority customer escalations and restore trust in the Support team’s ability to deliver resolution
? Provide proactive regular updates, reports and internal projects to department managers
?Coordinate communication between China, U.S., Australia, and Global business units
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in English or Business management (MBA is preferred)
? TEM-8 or TOEFL 550 above or IETLS 8 equivalent.
? Studied abroad is preferred, especially Australia.
? Minimum 1 year experience in customer management or project management or related field.
? Excellent and professional English speaking, writing, and listening skills.
? Ability to position and negotiate effectively with native English speaking customers
? Talkative and able to think and communicate in impromptu situations
? Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills in handling customer requests and complaints
? Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under high-pressure, and super detail-oriented.
? Flexible and able to quickly adjust to changes, and innovative.
? Enjoy working with people, and helping people, a good team player.
? Working experience in a Top 500 global computers or multi-national companies is preferred.
? Computer Science major or working experience in IT industry is preferred.
