Job Description:

Oversee the construction of high tech electronic manufacturing facility

Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting.

Liaise between Canadian architect and local engineers

Identify and negotiate with local designing firm and contractors.

Work with local government agencies to insure compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements.

Planning and scheduling and overseeing the progress of the project on daily bases.

Identifying facility requirements and facility suppliers.

Enforce good construction standards and quality control

Familiarize with Green technology and LEED certification.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 Years experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.

College or university degree in a construction related field.

Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.

Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

English proficiency is a requirement.
