equired Skills and Abilities
? Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft enterprise products, especially core components such as Windows 2003, NTFS, IIS, SQL
? Top-tier knowledge and proficiency in Active Directory and at least one enterprise level desktop/server management system (e.g. – OpenView)
? HP SIM, BMC, Tivoli, SiteScope, MOM, or NetIQ monitoring products knowledge a plus
? SQL or Oracle database administration
? NetApp NAS administration
? HP Proliant Server hardware knowledge
? Understanding of internetworking standards, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and Ethernet
? Scripting skills or programming experience to simplify and automate tasks
? Creation and documentation of process and procedures and ability to consistently follow those in place
? Understand how to maintain an auditable environment
? Industry standard certifications such as MCSE and CCNA highly desirable, and maintain current product knowledge through self education
? Minimum of 6 years server hardware and Windows Server OS support experience
? Experience in Banking Technology industry, especially high availability server operations for 3 years
? Strong command of communications, spoken and written English, Japanese ability a plus
