职位描述
岗位职责
1、全面负责公司商务管理相关事宜，规范商务流程，确保公司利益；
2、负责重大项目的商务谈判，审核商务合同条款，组织起草合作协议；
3、监控项目合作的开展、运营等工作，并对其效果进行评估；
4、客户管理及大客户的开发、维护；
5、回款管理及应收帐款催收；
6、与销售、生产部门协调，确保产品供应，满足市场需求；
7、指导商务部协助各地销售人员完成公司各产品在各地的招投标工作。
任职资格
1、大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、商务管理类相关专业；
2、3年以上贸易相关领域管理工作经验，有外企或大型国企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；
3、熟悉贸易运作流程，具备贸易谈判、商务礼仪专业技巧及相关知识；
4、较强的亲和力和表达能力，较好的气质和谈吐，思维敏捷，具有较高的商务谈判技巧；
5、形象端庄、举止文雅，有很好的职业道德观，能够承受较强的工作压力。
