职位描述
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
1. To manage and provide leadership for the business development across the cluster covering ocean, air freight forwarding business, supply chain management and warehouse distribution products.
2. To close deal by submitting quotation, solution and presentation in industry and vertical manner.
3. To take the lead to maintain and enhance relationship with key accounts.
Specific responsibilities of the position:
Management
1. Prospecting with pipeline management to identify target clients in specific vertical and industry.
2. Make a pursuit plan to approach target client.
3. Build up relationship by cold call, presentation, quotation and bidding document.
4. Manage and take the leading role of North/East China product development and business development.
5. Follow up with client request regarding ocean, air and road service products.
6. Coordinate with Cus/Ops team to implement SOP when new client on board.
7. Take a leading role with product, pricing team to work out solution to close deals.
Requirement:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Working experience in Global freight forwarding or leading logistics service providers.
3. Strong knowledge of airfreight, ocean and supply chain management.
4. Good presentation skills.
5. Skills in word, excel and data mining.
6. Analytical skills.
7. Proven Negotiation skills.
8. Eager to win.
9. Fluent spoken and written English.
