Tasks

This position is needed to setup and to engineer quality of crankcases the new foundry China of BMW Brilliance according to the ramp up and serious production. Task is to follow production and quality process over the hole value stream

Key Responsibilities

Specialist in engineering of quality engineering
Follow quality and engineering processes
Planning and coordination of internal meetings for quality
Initiate optimization measures for process and product quality
Training and qualification of local staff as well as support planning for quality processes
Steering and support other teams (measurement room/ laboratory/ technologists)

Qualifications

Apprenticeship as mechanic, sand core maker, casting, machining or other experiance in engineering
Knowledge of quality and engineering in general as well as in quality management tools.
Organizational skills and assertiveness
Good knowledge of materials in the alloy range.
Teamwork and communication skills
Analytical thinking.
Steer other teams (measurement room/ laboratory/ technologists)
Experience in foundry topics or in engineering,4-6 years
