Advanced Specialist Production System

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Responsible for implementation of the production system in expansion and car projects in Tiexi plant

- This includes the related planning/realization activities within agreed targets concerning quality, timing, costs and risk management

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation of Project Management in Tiexi projects

- Overall responsibility for the project steering concerning target achievement quality, timing cost and quality/risk management.

- Coordination of all planning/realization activities of the sub project related sub suppliers.

- Planning of project requirements in terms of time, launch demands and budget

- Coordination of all planning/realization activities of the sub project related sub suppliers.

- Preparation of scenario evaluations to achieve project related management decisions

- Preparation of status reports and presentation for BMW Brilliance Automotive management related to the sub project

- Interface coordination to all other department involved in the project realization

- Maintain project data, update minutes of meetings and administrate documentation processes as a team member or in lead of project teams

- Build up, maintain project schedules incl. definition of countermeasures in case of deviation

- Cost control for the sub project related finances incl. change management to the suppliers

- Stand in for manager

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering

- Knowledge in Project Management in big organizations

- PC experience (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office products, accounting software like SAP, scheduling)

- Ability / experience in working within an intercultural work environment

- Proficient English

- Capability for teamwork

- Show leadership ability

- Self-initiative, organize and improvisation skills

- Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues

- Experience in development and realization of technical projects such as in car industry or some other industry with a complex structure,4-6 years

- Experience in project management and project lead,4-6 years
