Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Market research and acquiring information on customers, programs, competitors in Japan and China;

2. Approaching existing and potential customers for new programs; Getting RFQs and Assisting preparing quotations by the commercial department; Leading negotiations, etc.

3. Preparing Sales forecasts for the Japanese customers;

4. Acting as the key contact person to Japanese customers in accordance with relevant departments, incl. Order Handling and Project Management;

5.Coordinating and providing solutions for customer quality claims, in accordance with Quality Management Department;

6.Collect and analyze automobile market, OEM, the competitors' relevant information. Submit the analysis report to Sales Manager.

7.Visit customers regularly and arrange time to visit the potential customer, carry on the customer satisfaction investigation; get close to the customers, be good at listening attentively to the customer's demand, to feedback, track information of customers and potential customers in time, be devoted to improve customer satisfaction, etc.

8.Represent the customer's demand during the process of involving system requirement. Collect and transfer the related information from customer in efficiency.

9. Be responsible for customers' visiting in plant to meet expectable purpose.

10. Other tasks assigned by line Manager.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major of marketing or business related;

2. Five years or more working experience in automotive industry as key accountant or marketing manager;

3.Excellent skills in communication and negotiation both in Chinese and Japanese;

4. Have time management skills, teamwork spirit and be diligent and be used to business trips if needed;

5.Auxiliary technical ability in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Projector, etc);

6.Familiar with Japanese culture.

7.Good Japanese speaker, including oral and writing.
