职位描述：
1、 根据月度市场推广目标，制定区域推广计划，并分解回单到访指标；
2、 推广新人入职及在职培训；
3、 合理分配市场预算，将投入转化为产出；
4、 管理推广器材与宣传用品；
5、 开拓新市场推广渠道，并维护现有渠道关系；
6、 协助城市推广主管的日常工作，完成业绩指标。

职位要求：
1、 专科以上学历，市场营销相关专业；
2、 至少2年市场推广方面的工作经验，熟悉当地培训市场；
3、 良好的中英文沟通及表达能力，熟悉使用办公自动化软件；
4、 能带领团队成员共同努力完成任务；
