1 Technical Tasks:
·Standards, Regulations
Being informed to appropriated quality-procedures, norms and standards, to the requirements-specification and the design-checklist also with consideration of it during the development-process


·CAD 3D – Creation of Models
Packaging/ installation space investigations
Changes due to strength etc.
Creation of prototype-files
Development of headlamp concepts with consideration for the
requirements of the components, assemblies and tools


·3D – File Administration
Discarding CAD-files to the PDM-system (TeamCenter) according to ZKW-standards


·Design Studies:
Undertake design surfaces from the customer, making new proposals, coordinate with other design engineers and the customer.
Reconcilement with internal departments
·Reconcilements with internal Departments in the scope of serial-development:
FMEA, feasibility analyses,
·Reconcilement of Development with the Customer and Suppliers:
Reconcilement meetings at the customer and ZKW
·Reconcilement and Introduction of Design Engineers:
Reconcilement with design engineers, controlling of the constructions, explanation of designing standards, feasibility analyses
·File Exchange with the Customer, Suppliers and Internal:
File transmission and import incl. entering them into the system
File quality control (Q-Checker etc.)
File management at/for the customer
·Observation of 3D-Models and Drawings:
Observation of 3D-models in term of the feasibility of an efficient system due to the whole assembly
Drawing standards etc.
2 Functional Qualifications:
·Design experience of (2D and 3D)
·Very high knowledge for working with CAD software and an appropriated experience
·High skills in lighting technology
·High skills in plastics technology
·Very high knowledge for tool design (form of the part, creating sections)
·Well MS-Office skills
·Mechanical and thermal skills for the scope of designing headlamps
·Knowledge of norms and standards (general norms, drawing standards, geometric tolerances...)
·Good skills in surface treatment (metallization, varnishing, hard coating)
·Knowledge for sheet metal forming and aluminum die-casting
·Knowledge for electronics
·High knowledge for the assembling procedure of a headlamp
·Experience in Foreign Enterprise
·Experience in Manufacturing
·Experience in Automotive
·Good Knowledge in English Language: CET-6

2专业要求:

·设计经验（2D和3D）

·精通模具设计（零件外形、创建剖面图）

·良好的办公软件技巧

·掌握前照灯设计涵盖的机械的和热力学方面技巧

·了解规范和标准（通用规范、绘图标准、几何公差等）

·非常熟悉表面处理（金属化、上光、硬化处理）

·了解薄钢板成型及铝压膜知识

·电子技术知识

·非常熟悉前照灯的组装工序

·汽车行业工作经验:
