· Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Financial Shared Service Center

according to the requirements of the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility

(Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Retail)

· Taking direction from the Team leader and others in the team on specific tasks

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

· Supporting accounting process daily operation and make it compliant with adidas policy

· Supporting scanning and filling

· Ad hoc work

· 支持财务流程的日常工作并确保遵守阿迪达斯内部流程和政策

· 发票扫描和凭证整理

· 其他工作安排

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools

· Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (with focus on read and write)

· Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers and scanners

· Good keyboarding and data entry speed

· Ability to pay close attention to detail

· Self-motivated and self-directed individual

· 熟悉Microsoft

· 能够使用英文处理日常工作(主要为读写)

· Office及相关软件工具的操作

· 熟悉键盘操作及快速打字

· 能够较仔细地关注细节

· 积极主动的工作态度

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· Accounting related major with Bechelor degree

· Customer service mindset

· CET-4 at least, CET-6 would be preferred

· Junior would be preferred

· 大学本科，财务相关专业

· 良好的客户服务意识

· 大学英语四级以上，优先选择英语六级候选人

· 优先选择大三学生
