-For our Industry Sector in DALIAN,we are looking for a Electrical Component Engineer.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Operative duties for supplier quality management:

1.1 General operative duties for supplier quality management (SQM) in the location / factory;

1.2 Involvement in the escalation process.

2. Strategic duties:

2.1 Determining the strategy for supplier quality management in the location / factory;

2.2 Involvement in the definition, implementation and development of the commodity organization and of the SQM-related processes at BU/Division level.

3. Ensuring and improving supplier quality in the location:

3.1 Supplier quality management during selection of supplier (Procurement) in the location / factory;

3.2 Supplier quality management in the definition and realization phase of the materials (PLM) in case the location = development site;

3.3 Supplier quality management for series production and return of material (SCM) in the location / factory;

3.4 Supplier quality management for supplier development (Procurement);

3.5 Supplier quality management for the supplier evaluation and strategic evaluation as well as for the supplier classification (Procurement).

4. Duties specific to the location:

Methodologies:

-Presentation techniques, techniques for chairing meetings

-Leadership methods

-Preventive quality methods

-QM system knowledge ISO 9000ff and TS 16949, Siemens QM

-CIP methods

-Supplier audits according to VDA 6.3,ISO19011, …

-Process development
