JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Quality Representative (QE for Airline Call Center)
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1、Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems
2、To review business statistics
3、To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
4、To review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards
5、To review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.
6、Effective communication and report writing skills.
7、Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details
8、BQ Management
9、Transaction Monitoring
10、To do TNI when required
11、Quality Calibrations
12、Knowledge Calibration
13、Designing the Action Plan
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1、Candidate must be a graduate in any stream
2、ISO / COPC certification will be appreciated
3、Travel Diploma will be appreciated
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
-Candidate must have 3 years of experience including 1 year of quality experience
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
1、Good communication skills
2、Good interpersonal skills
