Position Description:

- Responsible for all quality related activities in plastic workshop, from incoming, processing to outgoing.

Support other department with plastic products related case.

Position Responsibilities:

- Responsible to carry out the department quality control work procedure and internal management policy.

- Responsible for incoming material inspection, in process inspection, outgoing inspection and instruments management.

- Timely handle quality report to related department(with process engineer support as need).

- As quality support for new product review.

- Work with process engineer to implement internal audit and contribute to CIP to meet annual quality objective.

- Training inspectors and operators.

- Other duties as required.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above; Major in engineering or related

- Above 5years experience in quality manage experience, with automotive experience is preferred.

- With injection plant experience is preferred.

- Good problem solving and communicating skills

- Familiar with ISO9001,TS16949 and quality tools like flow chart, FMEA, SPC,8D report etc.

- Organized work style

- Good command of English language both written and spoken

- Familiar with office and outlook, SAP
