Responsibilities:

- Define the scope of the project and define/agree the target of the project to be achieved.

- Define and write down all activities and responsibility related to all project members

- Formulate the time plan and budget of the whole project

- Work out the manning plan & training requirement with time schedule with Human Resources Department and other related departments

- Kick off meeting and minutes recorded all roles and agreement

- Evaluate the contingencies and risks and need to seek/work out alternatives and solutions for emergency purposes in order not to jeopardize the progress of the project

- Follow up all roles and tasks including himself (herself) and other team members

- Make sure that all members are following the time plan

- Make clear to all team members that it is not the project leader to provide a turn-key project to the project receiver

- Call for regular review meetings for all members during project intervals

- Communicate and share project information update to all members and Business Gate Committee respectively regularly.

- Responsible of following up the project after the implementation stage and report to the Business Gate Committee on the result.

- Project will only be officially closed when the BGC confirmed the closure of the project.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Min 5 years experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in multinational company

- At least 2 years project management experience

- Good knowledge of machining process

- Project management skills

- Problem solving skills

- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills

- Self driven personality and strong business focus

- Good command of both written and spoken English

- Good command of PC skills
