Java / J2EE with MVC and ORM frameworks
Web technologies such as: HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Dojo

Required
3-5 years of designing and developing solutions using IBM WebSphere Portal and IBM Web Content Management (WCM) (most recently version 8)
Experience in enterprise portal development: JSR 168/286, J2EE, and external application integration/enablement through a portal framework
Experience with Java /J2EE and in web application development and Java frameworks and standards including some of the following: Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JSP etc.
Experience in Java development tools (for example - Rational Application Developer)
Experience in Web Technologies (including HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript, and Dojo)
Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, development methodologies, and knowledge of best practices
Knowledge of object oriented design and programming principles

Good to have skills:
Experience with Websphere Experience Factory (previously known as Websphere Portlet Factory)
Experience in WPS and WAS security and performance analysis
