Responsibilities:

1. Input Bill of Lading data regarding outbound cargoes into System based on the Bill of Lading sample
provided by shipper.
2. Print out original B/L on schedule.
3. Properly handle B/L amendment for outbound cargoes as per request of shipper.
4. File all concerned documents for outbound cargoes.
5. Input freight list into System.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above.
2. Good command in oral/written English.
3. Working experience in shipping industry is preferred but not essential.
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
5. Be familiar with Windows Office software.
