· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;
根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；
· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System

· Supply to customers technical support and service in project period
提供职责范围内的质量方面的顾客技术支持和服务；
· Ensure the process and project quality can match the project requirement and on time;

Responsibility Scope职责范围:
Responsible and organize and coordinate the follow work during new project and old project capacity additional and old project changed (project period) period.
负责、组织及支持在新项目期间、原有项目产能提升期间、原有项目工艺变更（后统称项目）期间的如下工作：
· Organize customer quality requirement review, coordinate the customer management and customer release.
负责组织顾客质量要求评审，支持客户管理及客户认可；
· Organize project Lessons Learned workshop
组织项目期间Lessons Learned评审;
· Responsible for quality relevant document edit and optimize.
负责项目期间质量方面文件编制及优化;
· Responsible for quality department resources planning permission
负责项目期间质量部门的资源规划
· Responsible for the internal release
负责项目期间内部认可；
· Responsible for internal quality control during project period
负责项目期间内部质量控制；
· Coordinate the supplier management during project period
支持项目期间的供应商管理

Working Task(details)工作描述:
· Organize customer quality requirement review, coordinate the customer management and customer release.
负责组织顾客质量要求评审,支持客户管理及客户认可;
- Responsible to organize customer quality requirement review, according to the review establish the action plan and follow up, according to the deviation from review, responsible communicate with customer for the action.
负责组织并完成客户关于质量方面要求的评审，根据评审内容制定相应的执行方案，并组织执行；根据评审出现的偏 差问题组织与客户进行沟通，并确定改善方案；
- Coordinate accomplish quality target confirm and quality agreement signed.
支持完成与客户的质量目标确认及质量协议的签订；
- Responsible for confirm the customer release plan and establish the quality control plan, organize related department accomplish the action
负责客户认可内容、认可计划的确认，并制定相应的质量保证计划。并组织相关部门及质量内部资源完成项目质量保 证计划；
- Coordinate customer audit , responsible for prepare quality release document, follow up the action plan;
支持完成客户审核，负责完成质量方面相关内容准备，并对审核措施进行跟踪落实；
- Organize and submit initial sample and reports for customer release, follow up the open points during customer release, coordination establish the action and follow up.
组织客户认可样件、报告的准备与提交，并跟踪检测、试验期间的问题，协调制定相应的改善措施；

- Responsible for customer quality complaint during project period.
负责项目期间的客户质量方面抱怨处理；
- Responsible for customer B2B system data update and maintenance
负责客户信息管理系统质量方面内容的更新和维护；
- Responsible for submit and update relevant certification as customer requirement.
负责根据客户要求提供及更新相应的认证证书
- Responsible for maintenance IMDS system and organize MDS inspection.
负责项目阶段产品IMDS的提交，组织产品进行MDS检测；
- Organize the initial sample and report supply and archive
组织对客户认可样件、报告的接受及存档；
- Supply to customers technical support and service in project period for quality issue.
负责项目期间质量方面内容的顾客技术支持和服务；
· Organize the project Lessons Learned workshop
负责组织项目期间Lessons Learned评审
- Responsible for monitoring of production process and improvement of production quality;
负责组织新项目经验教训学习，结合项目进度制定执行计划，支持并跟踪相关部门进行过程实施。
· Responsible for quality relevant document edit and optimize.
负责项目期间质量方面文件编制及优化
- Organize the P-FMEA workshop, collect the necessary information, create the P-FMEA via APIS;
组织P-FMEA讨论会议，收集所需信息，使用APIS完成项目P-FMEA的创建；
- Organize P-FMEA review and make the action plan and follow up accordingly;
组织对P-FMEA进行评审，针对RPN值较高项目，制定相关措施，并跟踪措施执行状态；
- Responsible for create the pre-launch process control plan and organize to review it then distribute and training relate people;

- Responsible for quality department resources planning and invest planning (include quality employee quantity, training requirement and qualified certified, also for lab and measurement room infrastructure and gage)
负责质量资源规划及投资规划(质量人员人数、人员培训和资格认可、测量间和实验室的基础建设及检具和检验设备投资)。

负责根据项目计划，制定并执行内部产品认可计划及认可方案，并组织相关部门完成最终内部认可；
· Responsible for the internal process quality control

- Responsible for monitoring of machine adjustment, production process and improvement of production quality in project period;

- Responsible to organize handling, analyzing and tracing the Not OK parts in project period;
组织项目期间的产品标识追溯管理，及不合格品处理；
- Responsible for the request of special release in project period;

负责定义在线检具的临时替代方案；

负责组织对供应商进行样件和预批量零件的质量抱怨、索赔和8D跟踪。

Cooperation Scope合作范围:
· Communicate with Customer about customer complaint information and other information, e.g. technology information;

· Cooperate with Production, Logistics and engineering etc. staffs within company for doing internal production process audit.
与公司内项目、生产、物流、规划、工艺和质量等人员做内部生产准备就绪审核。
· Cooperate with HQ about the management of pre-serial control plan
与总部协调项目阶段质量管理。
Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
· Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering;
教育背景：本科或以上学历，具备机械工程或汽车工程相关知识；
· Professional experiences: More than 2 years work experiences in the quality planning. Familiar with the quality tools in the automotive industry;
专业背景：有2年以上项目质量规划的工作经验；了解汽车工业的质量工具；
· Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;
语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；
