职位描述
Target of the position岗位目标:
· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,
ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;
根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；
· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;
在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

Responsibility Scope职责范围:
· Calibration, maintenance and management of measuring room room related equipments 测量间相关设备的校准、维护与管理；
· Management of calibration and MSA analysis of measuring room gauges计量管理及测量间检具MSA分析；
· Production inspection 产品检验；
· Support the release of new equipment and new product 支持新设备和新产品认可；
· Development of measuring tooling and clamp for measuring room测量间测量用工装夹具开发；
· Establishing and updating of measuring equipment and gauge related documents of measuring room测量间测量设备和检具相关文件的制定与更新。
Working Task(details)工作描述:
· Responsible to implement management of measure room according to system requirement, form invalid and standard implementing document, impel according to plan and improve continuously;
按体系要求规范推行测量间的管理工作，形成有效、规范的实施文件，按计划推进并持续改进；
· Responsible to organize to plan the measure conditions according to his own responsibility, including the infrastructures, measure equipments, gauge and the relevant software; Also responsible to decide the types, quantities, delivery time of purchasing and decide the using range and responsibility after device incoming;
组织规划职责范围内的测量条件，包括基础设施、测量设备、量检具及相关软件，决定采购的型号、数量、供货期以及决定其进货后使用的权限和责任；
· Responsible for spare-parts management and daily maintenance of measure equipments, and supervising of the infrastructures and equipment situation; when there is abnormity, he must handle it as soon as possible;
负责职责范围内测量设备的备件管理、日常维护及保养，并监控其基础设施，设备及工具的状态，发现异常，立即处 理
· Responsible to design and develop measuring tooling and clamps of measuring room;
负责测量间测量用工装夹具的设计开发；
· Responsible for calibrating management of measure, test equipment and gauge, responsible to establish and perform MSA plan of measuring room ;
负责测量和实验设备及量检具的校准管理，负责制定并实施测量间MSA计划；
· Responsible to finish the incoming inspection, process supervising and finish part inspecting according to control plan, and responsible to finish the relevant reports;
负责按照控制计划完成产品的进货检查、过程监控、成品检验，并完成相关报告；
· Responsible to finish the company entrusted quality analysis & inspections and finish the relevant reports;
负责公司委托的针对质量问题的分析检验，并完成相关报告；
· Responsible to organize the release of new equipment and new product, and finish related reports;
负责组织新设备和新产品的认可，并完成相关报告；
· Responsible to organize the layout inspection;
负责组织全尺寸检验；
· Responsible to make out and fulfill the working plan in his own responsible according to production plan and project plan;
按照生产计划及项目计划制定职责范围内的工作计划，并实施；
· Other tasks assigned by quality department manager.
其他由质量部经理布置的工作。
Cooperation Scope合作范围:
· Cooperate with production, logistics and quality staffs within company for the inspection results and handling requirements of incoming and in-process inspection 与公司内生产、物流、质量人员协调来料和生产检验的结果和处理要求。
· Cooperate with production, quality and project staffs within company for release of new equipment/ process and product 与公司内生产、项目和质量人员协调新设备/过程、新产品的认可。
· Cooperate with external calibration institution or equipment manufacturer for providing calibration or maintenance service for the measuring and test equipment 与外部校准机构或设备制造商协调检测设备的校准或维护服务。
Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
· Education: Junior college or above degree; having good knowledge of length measure;
教育背景：大专或以上学历，具备长度测量的相关知识；
· Professional experiences: Skills for daily management, maintenance and MSA of measure equipments. Finish the capacity analysis of measurement tooling and equipments independently. Skill for usage of omnipotence measure equipment, contour instrument, CMM and Adcole 911 etc. 2D and 3D measurement equipments;
专业背景：具备检具及检测设备的日常管理、维护和MSA分析能力；能够熟练使用万能检具、轮廓仪、三坐标、Adcole 等二、三维检测设备；能够独立完成检具及检测设备的能力分析；
· Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;
语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；
