Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

· Series project management according to TS16949 and TK-Presta requirements to achieve company target and customer requirement (internal and outside).

- Project series performance reached nomination level, and improved to yearly economic target;

- Finish change implementation in time;

- Review 4 and 5 in time, and reach review requirement;

- EOP target is reached and customer aftermarket spare parts demand is fulfilled.

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Series project management from SOP handover (Review 3) till EOP+.

Working Task (details) 工作描述:

· Project hand over from PM to SPM from Review 3:

- Support application project from the beginning for project information collection and smoothly project handover;

- Review 3 after SOP with PM (PTCL) and PM (plant) for project handover;

- Take over project logbook with open issues for further follow up;

- Take over open change request and proceed closing that tasks;

- Take over project budget control for series projects support from PTCL;

- Take over the global product lifecycle management system responsibility for hand-over project.

· Project performance continuous improvement, and technic support to series production:

- Organize review 4 in time, review the result in database, follow up the actions, and record review result in the global product lifecycle management system;

- Regularly review the project’s OEE, scrap rate and material cost to insure the project’s economic efficiency to nomination;

- Lead continuous improvement actions to optimize project performance, coordinate with all plants of global projects;

- Coordinate global and in plant resource to support production on technical problem solution;

- Discussion with and update of all plants on global projects.

· Series project changes implementation:

- Responsible for customer changes and product related changes’ communication and application, with coordination of all plants on global projects;

- Preliminarily evaluate all change requests from CM, clarify unclear points with related person and give decision to go on or decline the changes, with coordination of all plants on global projects;

- Evaluate the change review workflow result and give decision to go on or decline the changes. If the change related to customer, SPM should communicate with customer for customer agreement, or decline the change if customer refuses;

- Create change implementation schedule and organize related department to implement the change according to TS16949 and TKP procedure; report the implementation status to CM on regular change management review meeting; record the change documentations, material switch point, customer approval and updated drawings if have into the global product lifecycle management system; notify CM to close change.

· Product management after handover:

- Product documentation organization and management for changes, eg. unreleased drawings for samples production.

- Product documentation and product release management in the global product lifecycle management system.

- Product drawing input from PLM to plant related functions before new PLM system on line to insure the right index is imported into production.

· EOP organization:

- Organize Review 5 before EOP, and record review result in the global product lifecycle management system.

- Organize EOP implementation according to TKP procedure and reach EOP target and customer demand.

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Series project management procedure from HQ project division manager;

· Report series project management work to production department manager;

· Exchange change implementation information and status with CM;

· Cooperate with global counterparts to coordinate resource;

· Cooperate with departments in Dalian plant to implement project actions after SOP.

Qualification & Capability Requirements (to define correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor degree of engineering;

· 2 years working experience in automotive industry;

· Strong communication skills, team work and motivation ability;

· Able to manage the daily work and arrange resource well under stress;

· English fluent both in written and oral;

· Good computer skills, ability to work with MS-Office tools and some TK-Presta software tools.
