Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

· Change request and evaluation are well organized, and change database is well tracked.

- Central position for receiving and administration of change request of the plant;

- Changes close in time according to defined schedule;

- Changes on global products are discussed and covered worldwide.

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Series change management after SOP;

· Manage change database and follow up change implementation schedule;

· Take part in global change management meeting.

Working Task (details) 工作描述:

· Change management:

- Receive change requests, record the change request into change data base and start the review by SPM;

- For intragroup multiple products change, CM has to define a “special project manager” and receive decision from global project division manager;

- Define the review responsible function, and kick off the review workflow in database;

- Regular change management meeting to follow up the project implementation progress with SPM;

- Record the change result in change database, inform the change applicant, and close the change in database;

- Discuss and get release from defined coordination change manager for global projects.

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Change management procedure from HQ project management;

· Report to production department manager;

· Cooperate with series project manager to complete changes;

· Cooperate with change managers of all sites.

Qualification & Capability Requirements (to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor degree of engineering;

· At least 1 year working experience in automotive industry;

· Strong communication skills, team work and motivation ability;

· Able to manage the daily work and track schedule well under stress;

· English fluent both in written and oral;

· Good computer skills, ability to work with MS-Office tools and some TK-Presta software tools.
