Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with Global Tax team and local finance team to resolve tax issues;
2. Managing tax compliance of China GAAP and US GAAP, comply with tax regulations;
3. Preparing the tax work papers which support all tax return, including corporate income tax and local indirect tax, etc.;
4. Maintaining a detailed tax calendar, tax payment, filing deadline and tax return;
5. Reconciling to the tax accounts in the general ledger;
6. Assisting with corporate and tax structuring, audits, planning, incentive application and special projects;
7. Implementing improvements to the tax processes;
8. Consulting for the staff’s individual income tax and handling foreigner tax filing.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with finance/tax related major;

2.Minimum4to5 years tax related working experience in tax compliance, tax accounting and tax planning. Big Four Firm in the Tax Practice is preferred;
3. Good interpersonal skill and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Excellent English both in speaking and writing.
