职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1、石油化工和安全工程类本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above, major in petroleum chemical engineering and safety engineering
2、在石油化工行业10年以上工作经验，3年以上安全经理经验 。
more than 10 years working experience in petrochemical industry, more than 3 years experience in security management
3、具有安全管理相关资格证书。
Having safety management related qualification certificate
4、熟悉国家和地方相关安全管理法规、规范标准以及项目设计、施工、验收申报程序。
Familiar with national and local related safety management laws and regulations, standards and project design, construction and acceptance procedures
5、熟悉国际QHSE管理的要求和标准。
Familiar with international QHSE management requirements and standards
6、石化码头和液体仓储行业工作经验，较好的英语口语及书面表达能力优先考虑。
Having petrochemical terminal and liquid storage industry working experience. Good English spoken and written English ability preferred.
职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
1、负责制定公司健康、安全和环保管理体系、技术规范等，组织培训并予以实施。
Responsible for health, safety and environmental management system and technical specifications in the company, etc. . Organize training and implementation.
2、负责新建项目设计、施工过程中的监督检查，以满足健康、安全和环保要求。
Responsible for the supervision and inspection in the process of new project design and construction for meeting the health, safety and environmental requirements.
3、负责与健康、安全、环保和消防等政府部门之间关系的联络和维护。
Responsible for contacting with government departments about health, safety, environmental protection and fire control.
4、负责QHSE部门的管理。
Responsible for management of QHSE department.
5、负责对进入码头罐区施工作业的承包商进行安全环保资质和保障措施的审查，并发放工作许可证。
Responsible for the examination of EHS qualification and safeguard measures from construction contractors, and issue a work permit.
6、负责检测、保养有关健康、安全和环保工具、设备以保证其功能正常和使用。
Responsible for testing and maintaining the health, safety and environmental protection tools and equipments to ensure its function and normal use
7、负责健康、安全和环保系统的检查、评估，纠正不当行为。
Responsible for inspection and assessment for the health, safety and environment system. Correct inappropriate behavior
8、组织事故处理、调查、资料收集整理上报并归档，负责控制和减少因事故而造损。
