职责描述：
· 按照技术要求进行试验项目准备包括试验对象、试验设备和试验条件的准备；
· 发动机、试验设备的运行和维护；
· 试验过程控制和监控；
· 试验结果的记录，计算，分析和报告

任职条件：
· 发动机相关专业，本科以上学历；
· 发动机相关工程经验，参与过发动机试验项目者优先；
· 具备良好的数据分析能力、问题解决能力以及文字组织能力；
· 熟练应用各类办公软件；
· 熟练使用英文，进行技术交流；
· 能够熟练运用专业技术知识处理现场技术问题，结合实际，观察行业动态，进行技术开发和升级试验研究；
· 良好的工作团队协调、合作能力。

CO /Engine test engineer

Dalian, China
Responsibilities:
· Carry out testing projects according to test procedures, including preparation of test object and set up of test equipment and the test condition;
· Take charge of engine and test bench operation and maintenance;
· Testing process control and monitoring;
· Record, document, analysis and report the test results

Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree or higher in engine or relative specialties;
· Related project experience, experience of participation in the engine test project preferred;
· Good data analysis ability, question solving ability as well as good writing skills;
· Be familiar with MS-Office-Tools;
· Good English ability for technological exchange;
· Good communication skills and team spirit
