Job Responsibility ? Ability to do implementation according to customer's standard ? Ability to get the project implemented at a decent service level in an agreed timeline ? Work with customer's PM to formulate and provide agreed project schedule to meet project deadlines ? Project Management ? Pre-change Preparation:Work with Country Ops to verify physical environment and availability of power source, rack space and switch ports ? Device roll-in preparation:Register new devices in customer's system before their roll-inSite access request ? RFC and NPMS preparation:Collect configuration details from Design team; Review Configuration; Raise RFC (Request for Change) in Informan and NPMS, clearly indicating details of the change activity including backout and test plan and user notification. ? RFC approval follow-up:RFC requester owns RFC and is expected to follow up with different departments for required approvals ? Meeting participation ? Network diagram update:Change for every device requires network diagram updates to be uploaded into customer's Netinfo system ? PTR and Netinfo update ? ProFiTS Update ? Network implementation:Work with customer's Network control center and implement changes in user acceptable time frames. Onsite support may be required in some cases such as new device installation. ? Post-change follow-up:Perform all testings after change. May need to work with other teams for verification checks. Provide first business day support after change. ? Project status update:Keep track of project status including tasks to be done and upcoming implementation. ? Project handover:Upon project completion, prepare a handover document, detailing all changes completed, device configurations and test results. Fixes may be required if configuration is not standard compliant Job Requirement: ? Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Higher ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology,Computer,Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience ? Above 2 years of experience in network technology support ? Experience in networking and general project management ? A progressive record of growth, project, technical and project skills in maintaining and implementing network infrastructures ? Fluent in English both orally and written
