Position description:

Documentation and designer.

Position responsibilities:

– Collect and manage machine manual, spare parts list, modify DOC and so on information

– Collect and analysis downtime reason for each machine on production line;

– Monitor and align all data can be implemented in an effective way;

– Support workshop to design or update mechanical drawings

– Traceability data management;

– Prepare and update new maintenance specification for each important maintenance activity.

– Manage and follow all materials consuming in maintenance dept related transaction in SAP ,inclusing trail run, debug, test;

– 7S management;

– Other duties as assigned by the direct superior.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above; Major in engineering.

- General understanding on manufacturing process;

- General understanding on breakdown analysis tools,such as 5M, fishbone chart;

- Strong organizational skills;

- Ability to communicate effectively across departments ;

- Basic skill on English writing and translation.

- Good command of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
