RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist to follow-up with team members on behalf of CEO & President
- Assist CEO & President with internal communication
- Represent CEO & President when necessary at senior external meetings
- Co-ordination of meetings, projects and special events
- Maintain and co-ordinate events and meetings for CEO & President. Also, co-ordinates calendar of travel and events of management team members
- Make travel arrangements for CEO & President when required
- Preparation of presentations and other communication media
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Handle daily administrative assignments as given by CEO & President
- Preparation of general correspondence

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good personality to establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships within the company
- Mature, resourceful, strong analytical and managerial abilities with sharp business acumen
- Fluent in both speaking and writing in English & Mandarin
- Mastery skills in MS Office
- Passion to the function
- A high respect for confidentiality

总部位于滨城大连设有一千余平方米的加工组装车间，在烟台、上海、天津、辽阳、盘锦设有办事处，位于盘锦的四千平方米的机加工车间将于2013年年末投入使用。多人有海外留学和工作的经验。
在大连的二千平方米的全封闭仓库位于周水子机场附近交通便利，有10吨行吊、打包机、5吨叉车等包装搬运设备。该仓库通风、取暖良好，消防、环保达标。

船舶：中远船务、上海外高桥、大连船舶重工、烟台来福士、中石油辽河重工等；
石化：中石油独山子、大连、辽阳、兰州石化，中海油和神华集团等
