The Legal Compliance Analyst acts as the point of contact for the internal process owners & stakeholders and he must keep himself abreast of any legal and regulatory changes on the region under his/her responsibility to be able to meet the standards set out by the company and the government. Main responsibilities are:

· Advises internal customers on the impact of regulatory changes to the services NGA delivers to its clients.

· Analyzes guidance from outside consultants for relevance and impact to NGA business model.

· Monitors professional and industry resources for compliance information and communicates this information to internal customers through the Legal Alert Process.

· Provide global/regional/local research with access to global consulting and legal firms available to answer specific compliance inquiries

· Uses sound business judgment and analytical skills to arrive at effective compliance solutions.

· Utilizes knowledge and experience to suggest strategic enhancements to existing compliance related business processes and practices.

· Trains employees periodically on compliance topics and best practices.

· Collaborates with colleagues across the organization to drive process change in compliance related disciplines.

Perform other legal and/or administrative task as required by the Global Legal Compliance Team.
