The Quality Assurance Analyst conducts Quality audits for assigned account/s while driving effectiveness and efficiency to ensure client requirements are met. Monitoring, investigations, reviews, recommendations, and communication are primary functions.
· Monitors, records, and evaluates consultants in an objective fashion on all customer contact points according to the defined rules and processes of NGA
· Communicates audit results to Operations to improve quality and efficiency. Coordinates any issues found for continuous improvement
· Ensures the required number for audits for the account/s is completed according to the agreed Quality Assurance Methodology
· Conducts root cause analysis and employs a variety of problem solving tools & techniques to facilitate cross-functional meetings to help identify solutions
· Identifies areas for improvement across teams and locations, and design recommendations and/or training plans to mitigate issues
· Works with Training and Operations to provide reports to identify any opportunity areas that may need refresher training or be newly identified
· Delivers presentations and written reports on findings/recommendations from the audits to key stakeholders (Operations, Training and Clients) as needed
· Conducts product specific coaching sessions with the consultants regarding trends and quality, and conducts Calibration Sessions with the client and with Operations
· Works with Operations to develop incentive programs designed to improve centre quality
· Responsible for reporting all behaviour that does not conform to the quality standards set by the company and the account management
