§ Monitors, records, and evaluates consultants in an objective fashion of all customer contact points according to the defined rules and processes of NGA

§ Communicates database and audit results to Operations to improve quality and efficiency. Coordinates any issues found for continuous improvement

§ Ensures the required number for audits for the campaign is completed according to the agreed Quality

§ Conducts root cause analysis and employs a variety of problem solving tools & techniques to facilitate cross-functional meetings to help identify solutions

§ Designs and conducts measurements from a client perspective or standard and in reference to the agreed framework

§ Identifies areas for improvement across teams and locations, and design recommendations and/or training plans to mitigate issues

§ Delivers presentations and written reports on findings/recommendations from the audits to the concerned parties (operations and clients)

§ Works with global operations to ensure compliance of the contract with standards

§ Protects the organisation’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security and reports related incidents without any delay to the right authority

§ Responsible in releasing updates and training flashes to Operations and Training group

§ Conducts product specific coaching sessions with the consultants regarding trends and quality, and conducts Calibration Sessions with the client and with Operations

§ Works with Training and Operations to provide trend reports to address any issues that need refresher training or that may be newly discovered

§ Works with Operations to develop incentive programs designed to improve centre quality

Responsible for reporting all behaviour that does not conform to the quality standards set by the company and the account management
