西餐厅经理

岗位职责及任职资格：
1.负责餐厅全面事务，执行公司的经营方针，完成公司下达经营任务。
2.负责餐厅员工的岗位业务培训，督促各岗位抓好培训工作、提高全员业务素质。
3.发展良好的宾客关系，满足宾客特殊需求，处理各类宾客投诉。
4.制定、推行和监督本部门的各项管理制度。
5.大专以上学历或同等文化程度。
6.4年以上高级餐厅工作经验，2年以上管理经验，具有4星级以上酒店同岗位管理经验优先
7.掌握高级餐厅的各个岗位职责和工作程序。
8.具有强烈的事业心和责任感及高尚的职业道德。
9.端正的工作态度并能承受工作压力。
10.擅长员工培训。
11.较强的商业敏感并能掌握餐饮市场趋势，能够根据市场变化和客人的需求，及时调整餐饮经营与营销 策略。
12.擅长管理员工的管理。

Responsibilities:

1. Entirely responsible for the restaurant operations including: cost budget, business forecast, menu making , staff recruitment, job training , maintain relationship with suppliers and inventory management;
2. All aspects of guidance of restaurant operations and control the quality of the food and service;
3. Properly handle the various problems in operation, analyze the reason and puts forward the opinion to further improve the efficiency of operations;
4. Deal with customer requirements advice, and actively follow up to improve customer service quality;
5. Achieve sales and profit targets and to control the operating expenses budget;
6. Coordinate and implement marketing activities in stores;
7. Sales data analysis, and judgment;
8. Working team construction, especially the cultivation of good employees, including employees promotion and transformation;
9. Maintain good coordination and communication with other departments.

Requirements:
1. A hands-on, can-do attitude when actively managing all aspects of a bar/restaurant for profitability.
2. Thorough understanding of how to manage, guide and motivate staff for expected results.
3. Ability to work as a team across multiple cultures.
4. Ability to market and promote venues to local and international clientele.
5. A fun outgoing personality – able to interact effectively with our customer base and deliver genuine and memorable service.
6. Strong communication and organization skills.
7. Relevant work experience, more than 5 years related working experience
8. Excellent language skills both English and Chinese
