-For our Industry Sector in DALIAN, we are looking for a (SSCL) Process Analytics Service Engineer/过程分析仪器服务工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Carry out the onsite service activities in accordance to Siemens standards service offer by normal and emergency manner if necessary.

2. Support the service & support related business which will including technical support via hotline and forum, marketing activities like exhibition and product testing, in house training, return repair monitoring and competence built up for sales & service partner.

3. Product quality monitoring, feedback & suggestion for the solution on the assigned product from the service & support perspective.

4. In charge of competence built up material, such as FAQ, service case study and internal report on assigned product or field of industry.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. More than 3 years experience of process instrumentation or process analytics products maintenance/service in Petrochemical Plant.

2. Some experience on the process instrumentation or process analytics installation, start up and commissioning project.

3. It is better to have some administration and management experience, know how to work together with team member. It is necessary to have good communication skill and able to work independently alone on site.

4. It is better to have verbal English capabilities to be able to communicate with the specialist from original factory.

-本工厂的质量体系也已经过TUV审核,通过了ISO9001认证,此外工厂还已通过CSA、FM、AT、EX、PED等多项认证。为保证产品的用户化，大连还成立了研发中心以支持专门项目的研发。

-Siemens Sensors and Communication Ltd. Dalian was set up on Oct. 17th, 2006 as a fully owned company by Siemens Ltd., China. The building area is with more than 15,000 square meters and the workshop covers 7000 square meter. And this is the only one factory the division sensor & communications has been opened in China and overall it’s the 15th factory of the IA group in China. SSCL has started the production in August 2007, and has now a wide range of process instruments in their portfolio: Manufacture of industrial process instruments as flow meters, pressure transmitters, level sensors and dynamic weighing products. All required test facilities are available in Dalian. A service center in Dalian provides the support for integration, commissioning and maintenance on site. Combined with the local repair center we deliver full after sails service. An additional training center gives hand on training for all process instruments. All the process instruments produced in Dalian are identically to the equivalent products manufactured by the leading factories abroad. The Dalian factory focused on the localization of all mechanical components, whereas electronics and transmitter were imported from other Siemens factories. The Dalian quality system ISO 9001 is approved by TUV, furthermore the factory holds FM, CSA, ATEX, PED and other international factory approvals. In order to ensure customized products an R&D center is located in Dalian as well to support special projects.
