3、将助理行政管家或宾客关系经理交给的任务分配给服务员

4、填写客房报表

5、检查离店房，在确认房间达到清洁标准后，将房间变成可售房

6、按照检查表检查房间是否干净，客用品是否齐全，并将需要修理的房间及时报修

7、对需要修理的房间和物品要及时报修，并确保已修理好

8、填写报告，并确保客人遗留物品做失物招领

9、检查客房，楼道，楼梯，工作车和工作间的清洁情况
