A. PRIMARY DUTIES

• Coordinate monthly closing activities for Asia region
• Preparation of quarterly Supplemental schedules package for Asia region (notes to Financial statements)

• Reconciliation of I/C charges on Asia level (e.g. Management Fees, Royalties and other X-charges)

• Support plants in US GAAP accounting questions
• Support plant in Lease classification and US GAAP accounting questions related to Leases
• Ensure proper accounting for non-consolidated Joint Ventures in Asia
• Ensure proper accounting for consolidated Joint Ventures in Asia
• Ensure all JCI and AE policies and procedures are being followed
• Coordinate and control proper accounting of intercompany investments, equity movements
• Coordinate & support acquisition/divestiture activities within Asia region
• Explain Balance sheet fluctuations on various legal entities in scope
• Maintain central elimination ledger for investment/equity movements between AE entities in China

B. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Accounting or Economics degree – deep accounting knowledge (Big4 experience, ACCA/CPA certified is advantage).
• 3 to 5 years successful professional international experience in Finance preferably in a U.S. company
• Strong communication skills (fluent English – written/spoken)
• Hands-on and willing to cooperate and support on all organizational levels especially in supporting the local teams in Asia
• Strong in intrinsic motivation, high reliability, pro-active
• Organizational and change management skills
• Experience in working in a multinational, matrix driven organization
• Drive accountability and results
• Analytical and logical thinking, process oriented
• Cross cultural awareness
