Target of the position岗位目标:

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949,

ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;

根据ISO/TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

· Establish the SAP-system according to the requirements

根据需求建立SAP系统；

· Keep the SAP-system run without problems

确保SAP系统的正常运转；

· Continuously improve the processes by using SAP-system

根据公司具体情况，对SAP系统进行持续改进。

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Daily Management and support on SAP modules PP,QM,WM,MM for China region.

中国区的SAP PP,QM,WM,MM模块的日常管理和支持

· Cooperate within ww SAP teams to finish SAP Project for China region

协同SAP全球小组顺利完成中国区SAP项目。

· Cooperate within local business department to finish local SAP Project for China region

协同各个业务部门顺利完成本地中国区SAP项目。

· Propose recommendations for the rationalization of SAP System or process, and help business departments to achieve best working mode for China region

对中国区SAP系统或是流程提出合理化建议,以帮助业务部门实现最优工作方式。

· Responsible for internal regarding SAP training and making training document.

负责内部SAP培训和制作培训文档。

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Organize the implementation of the SAP-modules in communication with the relevant departments, responsible staff of group companies and external SAP consultants

配合公司相关部门及外部SAP咨询公司保证SAP的正常运转；

· Trouble shooting and analysis in SAP modules PP,QM,WM,MM for China region.

日常SAP中国区支持及总结分析；

· Master Data monitoring and analysis in SAP modules PP,QM,WM,MM, and ensure all data are fulfill technical requirements for China region.

对中国区SAP主数据进行监控和分析，并确保符合技术要求。

· SAP-Training for internal users and Making, Updating Training Document

负责组织并实施SAP相关培训工作, 和制作更新培训文档。

· Corporate with other department to make SAP user manual

配合其他部门制作SAP用户指导手册

· Realization of the process requirements into SAP-system

确保过程需求在SAP系统中的实现；

· Support for the end users to use the SAP-system correctly

协助终端用户正确使用SAP系统；

· According to end-users request, provide SAP available solution which also fulfill group standard.

根据客户需求，提供合理的并且符合集团要求的方案。

· Assistant of external SAP consultant and HQ SAP team on application procedure creation and improvement

协助SAP顾问和总部SAP组建立和改善应用流程

· Support further Roll outs of new functions for China region.

进一步支持新功能的实施

· Other tasks assigned by IT Manager

其他由IT经理布置的工作。

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Coordinate with SAP Key users within company

主动协调各部门SAP关键用户。

· Coordinate with concerning SAP person within Group and other subsidiaries

主动协调总部SAP相关人员。

· Coordinate with external SAP consultants

主动协调外部SAP咨询顾问相关人员。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor degree on computer sciences or business administration.

· 计算机或是工商管理专业本科学位。

· Any related discipline preferably with certification in SAP SD or SAP MM or SAP PP or has attended a course in the mentioned SAP modules

具有SAP SD,MM或PP其中一种认证，或者参加过相应的SAP模块的课程

· Work experience at least 5 years in SAP, , Preferred in automotive industry.

至少在SAP领域工作5年以上，有汽车行业背景为佳。

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office

基础微软操作系统和办公软件知识。

· English fluent both in written and oral

流利的英语听说读写能力

· Basic knowledge management process of IT, such as ISO20000 or ITIL.

掌握IT管理流程体系，例如ISO 20000或者ITIL。

· Discreet and confidential

· Ability to work in team
