工作职责：

有效的领导跨部门团队的工作，确保项目顺利交付；

负责项目的时间节点，质量要求，成本控制，交付等工作；

任职资格：

5年 以上的项目管理相关的工作经验，精通项目管理与执行等流程；

有汽车行业非标设备项目管理经验优先；

有较强的问题解决的能力；

英语流利沟通；

有PMP证书优先考虑；

有MS Project 软件使用经验优先；

- In cooperation with GM and PDM/PC, ensure that the projects are proceeding according the the planning and milestones

- Define the current performance on the projects and discuss with Project Related Personnel ; develop, together with GM, the direction of improvement in terms of project efficiency and cost control.

- Responsible for the implementation of effective project control measures and cost management (according to hours + materials breakdowns)

- Analysis problem with project team, find out reasons and develop effective corrective and preventive measures based on project failures and non

- conformity costs. Development of a "Lesson Learned" Documentation to be drafted at the end of each project

- Verify and control that all the "Project Management Procedures and Files" are satisfied and respected. Update and verification of the documents-upload in the server and its related completeness

- Customers meeting during the definition of the technical specification of the projects as well as during the projects development and execution.
