Qualifications/Knowledge:

  • Understanding of relational database systems, their functionality and SQL
  • Lotus Notes 6.5 – Mail and databases, advantageous

Experience:
  • Technical Help Desk support experience in a call centre environment providing services in for both applications and hardware.

Competencies:
  • Verbal and in English and (Cantonese or Mandarin)
  • Technical support – MS Office, MS Windows XP, Hardware. (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, PDAs)
  • Process Management – Escalation prowritten communication cedures
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements
