• Ensure all invoice and payment is processed into ERP in a timely and accurate manner;
• Ensure Month End Close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner;
• Proactively communicate with the client on close related issues;
• Ensure Compliance with client Accounting policies;
• Perform high level review of both payment report and processed invoice list for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies;
• Create an environment where client needs are the priority. Build flexibility and adaptability into service offering;
• Ensure Service is delivered on budget to client. Additional requests should be carefully and proactively managed;
• Liaison with General Ledger team, Treasury team and update AP Manager on progress at regular intervals during the month;
• Liaise with country Finance team on AP issues;
• Check integrity of interfaces and completeness of sub ledger postings;
• Ensure that prepayments are released to the Profit and loss account on a consistent basis.

• Bachelor finance related degree is preferred;
• 1-3 years finance related experience;
• Excellent English skills, both in writing and communicational;
• Excel and word skills would be an advantage;
• Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow control procedures;
• Good problem solver and numerate, Good interpersonal skills.
