• Act as third and/or fourth-tier support for IT Services and respond to escalations or inquiries regarding access or account management services for supported systems and applications.
• Effectively resolve or escalate incidents and problems within defined Service Level Agreement.
• Provide support for services that are highly complex and span a variety of technologies.
• Responsible for the implementation of IAM operational support processes to enhance data systems security and overall operational efficiency of the team.
• Participate in development, testing and implementation efforts in support of IAM projects and strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain necessary documentation of security systems and/or processes.
• Assist with identification and development of audit procedures and reconciliations to protect the data systems and databases from unauthorized users.

• University degree in Computer Science or related major;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Minimum of 2 years of security administration experience in support of IT products or security administration and working knowledge of large IT organization operations;
• Good interpersonal, communication, consultative and people management skills;
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and succeed on multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment;
• Possesses ability to effectively work with customers and management personnel on all levels, business areas and across cultures;
• Obtains knowledge of latest trends in technology risk assessment, information security, procedures, methodologies and best practices.
