Responsibilities
Plan, organize and direct transition activities
Ensure effective transition of process by scheduling project inputs, and assigning resources and responsibilities
Implement and support ERP system upgrade (People Soft based)
Provide active support and participation in task forces, initiatives and projects
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and track performance of team members
Delegate the right tasks to the right people and monitor performance
Ensure all KPI targets and deadlines described in Service Level Agreement are met
Proactively communicate with the client on close related issues.
Perform high level review of AR cash application and adjustment requests for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies
Manage expectation, variance and explanation analysis to management
Manage the aspects of quality compliance and accuracy attributes
Assist managers in day-to-day functioning of the department
Review the existing quality processes/procedures and provide suggestions for improvement in business processes for efficient functioning
Plan timely training for respective department to maintain and improve skills of team member resolve them
Manage attrition to keep it to the minimum
Assist in the management of workflow through efficient utilization of Process Associate;
Provide guidance, direction and evaluation of work of Associates. Mentors and trains individuals to master tasks of increasing complexity;
Communicate with country finance team and internal personnel to resolve open issues;
Investigate capabilities of software upgrades to improve reporting;
Should identify the key resources within the team. Should have a good delegation and prioritization capability;
Carry out appraisals and be responsible for the mentoring of subordinates;
Provide active support and participation in task forces, initiatives and projects.
Participate in leadership meetings and conference calls to share feedback
Requirements
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or Inter CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of experience;
Sound Accounting Knowledge - Journals, Trial Balance and Account analysis;
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including knowledge of Macros, pivot tables, Vlookup function);
Detail oriented, analytical and is good at problem solving;
Strong interpersonal Skills;
Good command of English and Chinese in written and oral
Have good review skills
Have good time management skills
