岗位职责Job Responsibilities:

- 熟悉和遵守国家有关房屋装修管理等方面的法规、规范及安全规程

Familiar with and obey the laws, regulations and general safety procedures related to the fields of real estate fitout , renovation, decoration and management in China

- 负责接待客户咨询与解决所有装修相关事宜与现场协调工作

Responsible to handle all queries related to Tenancy Fitout and resolving tenancy coordination works on site

- 负责与租户以及租户代表（设计单位，施工单位）等密切交流和讲解‘精装修流程’与‘装修守则’ 的细节与内容

Responsible to brief Tenancy-LEGAL representative and their appointed DESIGN and CONTRACTOR on the details of Pavilion’s Fitout Guide and procedures.

- 负责协助招商同事处理租户的工程疑问与提交的‘交付条件 - 工程部分’，以及现场考核与签约后的现场交付

Responsible to assist Leasing Team on handling tenancy TECHNICAL queries and TECHNICAL handover conditions , including site survey with tenants before and after the Tender Agreement closing.

- 负责按公司规定与流程（装修守则）审核租户以及租户代表（设计单位，施工单位）等所有提交的资料

Review and study ALL relevant documentation related to Tenancy-LEGAL representative and their appointed DESIGN and CONTRACTOR company with reference to Pavilion’s Fitout Guide and Company Standard

- 负责办理装修单元的进场手续，对装修单元定时现场巡检、依据公司标准与装修守则的要求协调与掌控租户精装修的过程与质量，做好现场监督管理工作

Responsible for site handover process, daily supervision tasks, managing regular site survey and checking on the fitout progress, coordinating and controlling fitout qualities with reference to Pavilion’s Fitout Guide and Company Standard

- 负责关注所有牵涉当地政府或者国家规范的施工细节与程序，确保现场精装修工程依法施工。

Responsible for the supervision and control on the compliance of local or national code of practice , to ensure ALL the fitout construction works details and procedures strictly complying to ‘general construction regulation’

- 鼓励协调负责人与‘精装修团队’分享装修经验并提出装修管理方面的建设性方案与建议。

Encourage to share fitout experiences and advise on constructive suggestions or proposal related to fitout management.

职位要求Requirements:

- 大专或以上学历，或有4年以上工作经验，当中包括不少于1年有关建筑、工程、装修的管理经验

College or above, or have at least 4-years working experience, of which no less than 1 year experience in the management of construction, engineering and fitout/renovation work.

- 具有设计院工作经验或者购物中心、物业管理、酒店之工作经验者，优先考虑

Priority will be given to the persons with working experiences in the local design institute , shopping mall, real estate management and hotel management

- 具备丰富的CAD绘图经验，优先考虑

Priority will be given to the persons with good experience in CAD drawing skill

- 具备良好的人际沟通和独立工作能力

Priority will be given to the persons with strong interpersonal skills, communicating skill and independent working ability.
