Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Create and design operations standards including policies & procedures and SOPs
- Design and conduct trainings of standards for different services
- Support and coach staff in the implementation of standards
- Conduct standard check & audit for site manager
- Support company in developing training modules according to the different requirements and needs from staff
- Design and conduct operational training courses according to annual training plan
Document management for Operations Excellence Department
- Assist site manager in establishing, documentation, implementation and updating department manual for different
services
- Manage manual and other document access control on server
Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Understand the latest technical trends in security services operations.
- Effective communication skills with good English (written and oral).
- Experience in training methods and skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including power point presentation.
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, honest, trustworthy and respectful.
Education & Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- College diploma or above degree.
- At least 5 years work experience in the training field, prior hotel and FM operations working experience prefer
red.
- Ability to foresee potential situation and provide necessary initiative to assure problems handled efficiently
and expediently.
