· Manage the QA Department

· Provide technical support to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functions including

o Data planning, acquisition, and analysis

o Identify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives

o Define and analyze processes

o Test and measurement

· Management Representative – Report to Management on the effectiveness and continual improvement of the QMS.

· Oversee and coordinate the maintenance of the Management System, including ISO 9001:2008 certification, safety, environmental requirements, and report to Management.

· Evaluate additional certifications such as ESD, ISO 14000, Business Continuity, ISO/TS 16949, and incorporate those elements approved by Management.

· Interpret the requirements of ISO 9001 and other standards based on the needs of business.

· Maintain the Quality Manual.

· Integrate SOPs developed in other areas into a single document.

· Prepare and lead quarterly management review and report the outcome

· Serve on the Material Review Board (MRB).

· Create development plans for direct reports.

· Develop training program and train employees in

o Customer requirements

o Management system requirements, including ISO 9001:2008

o Lean manufacturing, including 5S

o Safety

o Develop an Executive Overview of training where appropriate

· Visit customers and build relationships for repeat business

· Respond to deficiencies identified in customer audits

· Help Supply Chain evaluate suppliers through site visits and evaluation of capability
