2.Chip shooter program and optimize
3.Oven program and optimize
4.PCB Gerber file and layout
5.Components position files
6.Create work instruction and flow chart in bilingual
7.High Level of knowledge for Electrical parts and middle level of knowledge of plastic and mechanical parts
8.PWBA related trouble shooting (CAR)
9.Minimum IC Programming and ICT test knowledge.
10.Data charting graphing, Data analysis and manipulation, proficient in Microsoft office and presentation tools, 11.Problem/Issue Tracking systems
12.Technical documents filing system
13.Electrical products manufacturing process

Assist / Review / Approve the following:
1.PCB Layouts, components position files, BOM's,
2.Work Instruction, Process Flow chart
3.Equipment programming
4.Process technical parameter
5.PFM

Requirements
1.At least Minimum 3 years experience in automated SMT line.
2.Minimum 2 years working on AOI program and optimize.
3.Familiar with SMT process and technical parameter requirements
4.PWBA related trouble shooting
5.Familiar with Gerber file and components position files
6.Knowledge of PFMEA
7.5S
8.Level of knowledge of Lean manufacturing
9.Know IC programming and ICT test.
10.Good Chinese / English written and oral communication skills - must be able to 11.clearly and concisely communicate technical information
12.Good interpersonal skills - must work well on a team
13.Good organizational skills - must be able to manage several projects efficiently
14.Proficiency in the use of Personal Computers (PC's) and Microsoft Office tools.
