2、根据AOI检测的不良对生产过程异常的分析处理，对SMT工艺品质的进行改善；

3、AOI设备故障处理，定期维护；

4、AOI相关使用流程规范、作业指导书的编制；

5、培训生产线作业人员及技术人员。

6、能看懂电路图，对不良的电路板进行解析维修。
