职位描述
岗位职责&任职资格：
1、4年以上IT软件服务工作经验，2年以上相关培训经验（培训人数20人以上）；
2、日语精通，听说读写达到商务沟通水平，能够自如的对应日本客户；且英语能够作为工作语言交流；
3、有思科相关IT基础架构端对端管理与监控工具应用经验者优先（包括思科交换机、路由器以及工作站、数据库、虚拟网络、邮件服务器Exchange或Note及网页技术等）；
4、熟悉日本企业文化，高效的沟通能力；
5、具备良好的工作稳定性，能保证在项目工作至少2年以上；
6、必须具有思科CCIE 资格认证；
7、高水平的团队培训能力，配合团队的发展，制定实施合理有效的培训计划；
8、现场疑难问题的迅速解决，讲解能力；
9、能够积极主动开展工作,为人热情开朗,善于沟通；
10、有留日或在500强公司从事对日技术支持工作相关培训经验者优先。
