职位描述：

1.根据业务需求、运用BPR方法论, 制定流程改进方案以及相配套的组织结构、业务规范，形成BPR方案。
2.改善存在问题的业务流程，提供流程再造方案的同时，评估再造效果。为客户设计高效率、重品质，创新的业务流程。
3.有效利用各种工具（资源），进行专业的分析和调研，为客户整理调研结果，提供专业的调研、咨询报告。

职位要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历，日语一级。
2.5年以上BPO相关工作经验，具有1年以上BPR项目经验。有在管理咨询公司从事BPR工作经历者优先。
3.具备一定专业咨询潜质：执行力强、逻辑化的问题分析及解决能力。
4。善于沟通，注重团队协作，有很好的协调能力。
5.学习能力强，对新知识、技能能够快速学习、掌握。

BPO咨询顾问

职位描述：

1.根据客户需求，提供专业的行业解决方案、以及报价。
2.负责项目移管，以及项目正式运营前的整个管理过程。
3.负责制定项目计划，管理项目进度，控制项目成本，以及所需资源调配，监控项目实施。
4.负责严格监控项目进度，及时提供解决方案。
5.就项目移管过程中所发生的变动与问题，与客户进行谈判。
6.在项目移管过程中负责移管团队的管理。
7.建立良好的客户关系。

职位要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历，日语一级。
2.具有5年以上对日外包项目移管、以及客户关系管理经验。
3.逻辑思维能力强，善于分析，具有整体协调能力及综合提案能力。
4.有BPO行业的提案经验者优先。
