岗位描述：
1.根据公司战略以及远景，制定公司产品中长期的全面规划；
2.负责新产品规划、产品定义、新品上市、产品退市等与产品生命周期管理有关的工作；
3.根据产品发展战略制定年度产品发展计划，确定各阶段产品发展目标；
4.对公司产品的市场规模和构成情况进行准确分析，为研发部门提供开发方向；
5.掌握市场上竞争产品在不同的市场时期的运作策略，与公司产品策略进行对比分析，提出解决方案；
6.了解行业状况，编写产品优劣势分析报告，定期汇报至管理层作为决策依据；
7. 对研发、技术、销售人员进行培训，使其了解和掌握自身产品以及同行状况；
8.工作流程制定和完善，确保整个产品体系的稳定运行；
9.产品团队发展和管理，明确团队架构和工作职能，制定团队成员的发展和职业规划。

任职要求：
1.本科以上计算机或相关专业学历；
2.八年以上软件行业产品管理经验，包括产品规划、设计、研发、项目管理以及运维管理；
3.对产品目标用户有快速敏锐的理解力；
4.具有优秀的产品规划、团队管理和项目执行能力，并有流程分析、改进经验；
5.有相关技术背景者优先；
6.良好的沟通能力、文档能力、演讲能力和团队管理能力。
