职位描述
岗位描述:
1.根据公司战略以及远景,制定公司产品中长期的全面规划;
2.负责新产品规划、产品定义、新品上市、产品退市等与产品生命周期管理有关的工作;
3.根据产品发展战略制定年度产品发展计划,确定各阶段产品发展目标;
4.对公司产品的市场规模和构成情况进行准确分析,为研发部门提供开发方向;
5.掌握市场上竞争产品在不同的市场时期的运作策略,与公司产品策略进行对比分析,提出解决方案;
6.了解行业状况,编写产品优劣势分析报告,定期汇报至管理层作为决策依据;
7. 对研发、技术、销售人员进行培训,使其了解和掌握自身产品以及同行状况;
8.工作流程制定和完善,确保整个产品体系的稳定运行;
9.产品团队发展和管理,明确团队架构和工作职能,制定团队成员的发展和职业规划。
任职要求:
1.本科以上计算机或相关专业学历;
2.八年以上软件行业产品管理经验,包括产品规划、设计、研发、项目管理以及运维管理;
3.对产品目标用户有快速敏锐的理解力;
4.具有优秀的产品规划、团队管理和项目执行能力,并有流程分析、改进经验;
5.有相关技术背景者优先;
6.良好的沟通能力、文档能力、演讲能力和团队管理能力。
