Job responsibilities:
· Platform configuration, monitoring and maintenance.
· Account provisioning/de-provisioning and access control for BI Platforms.
· Troubleshooting /resolving reported issues.
· Execution of regular audits to ensure proper procedures have been followed and accurately documented prior to implementation or any action taken.
· Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning.

Job Requirements:
· Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology (Dimension, Fact, OLAP, ETL, Data Mart)
· 3-5 years of BI experience, MicroStrategy BA/BS in computer science or related field.
· Microstrategy is strong plus (MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Congos, Oracle BIEE, Hyperion, SAS, etc )
· Experience with RDBMS & DW with Strong SQL (e.g. Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, etc.)
· Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments
· Programming experience (Java, JavaScript, .NET, C/C++, etc.)
· Excellent troubleshooting skills are essential.
· Ability to work independently
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
