2+ years working experience, Call Center experience with outsourcing business will be a plus
Speaking, Hearing, Reading and Writing in English fluently.
Reading, writing and Hearing in Japanese as business level will be a plus.
Using following office work software – Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Lotus Notes, Lotus Same time Connect.
Good communication skill and problem solving capability, Positive attitude , Fast learner
Strong ownership and proactive attitude to provide service to customers
English level test 4 (Pass)
